Director of Operations - Smash My Trash
Andrew Bruce
Andrew joined the Gray Fox team in August of 2022 as the Operations Director for the Smash My Trash brand. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago in Historical Theology and Biblical Languages. Prior to joining Gray Fox, Andrew taught high school at the Gjerasim D. Qiriazi school in Tirana, Albania, for three years and worked in operational leadership at Bruce’s Greenhouses, Inc., and Chick-fil-A of West Columbia. He and his wife, Abby, currently reside in Columbia, along with their three sons.
Staff Accountant
Max Butler
Max joined Gray Fox in March 2024 as a Staff Accountant. He graduated from Clemson University in 2022 with a degree in Financial Management and a minor in Accounting. Max lives in Greenville with his soon-to-be wife, Nadia, and enjoys playing golf, volunteering at church, and eating any pizza he can get his hands on.
Managing Partner / Chief Executive Officer
Nathan Bocock
Nathan co-founded NBF Management, now known as Gray Fox Strategic, in 2016. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2006, Nathan began his career in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry, and in 2010, he began franchising with the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand. Since then, Nathan has successfully launched and grown multi-unit franchise groups within five franchise brands. Nathan holds Finance, Risk Management, and Insurance degrees from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. He is a member of the Diaconate at First Presbyterian Church, ARP, in Columbia, SC, and he and his wife, Laura, are proud parents of three children.
Executive Assistant
Clara Britt
Clara started at Gray Fox in the fall of 2020 and is an executive assistant to the CEO. Clara graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2019 and furthered her education by earning a Master of Science in Sport and Entertainment in the spring of 2020.
Managing Partner / Chief Operations Officer
Bryan Feldman
Bryan serves as Chief Operating Officer of Gray Fox Strategic, previously known as NBF Management, which he founded with his wife, Rebecca, and Nathan Bocock. Bryan began working as a mover with Two Men and a Truck while attending the University of South Carolina. After graduation, Bryan continued with Two Men and a Truck, working through various office roles until he and Rebecca purchased their first franchise in 2002. Over the past twenty-plus years, Bryan has become a multi-unit franchisee within Two Men and a Truck and four other franchise brands. Bryan and Rebecca have two wonderful children in high school.

Rebecca Feldman
Rebecca graduated from Hollins University with a degree in Art History before moving to Atlanta to begin a career in non-profit fundraising. Several years later, Rebecca married Bryan Feldman, and they purchased their first Two Men and a Truck franchise in Greenville, SC. Over the years, they have grown several multi-unit franchise groups across multiple brands. Rebecca, along with Bryan and Nathan Bocock, founded NBF Management, now Gray Fox Strategic. They continue to develop their presence in the southeast. Rebecca currently serves on the Board of several non-profit organizations. Previously, she served as Past President of the Junior League of Greenville. Rebecca and Bryan are the parents of two children, of whom they are incredibly proud.
Accounting Supervisor
Benjamin Gardner
Ben started with Gray Fox in 2022 after beginning his career in public accounting. He currently oversees all day-to-day accounting functions for all of the Gray Fox entities. Ben received his undergraduate from Charleston Southern University, his Master of Professional Accountancy from Clemson University, and is also a SC Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He and his wife, Anna, live in Greenville, SC.
Marketing Specialist
Dylan Hall
Dylan began working with Gray Fox in October 2022 as a Marketing Specialist. Dylan earned his BA in Electronic Media from the University of Northern Iowa. After graduating from college, Dylan enjoyed an eight-year advertising career, working with large brands such as Verizon, American Express, NFL, Samsung, and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys whitewater kayaking, fine dining, and listening to music.
Operations Manager – Smash My Trash
Cassie Jackson
Cassie started with Gray Fox in August 2020, initially serving in the Customer Care Department for the Two Men and a Truck brand and then switching to Regional Support Manager in September 2021. In June 2022, Cassie transitioned to the Smash My Trash brand and is currently serving as the Operations Manager. Cassie graduated from USC Upstate in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology. In her spare time, Cassie enjoys riding her horse and spending as much time as possible outdoors with her dog.
Human Resources and Compliance Manager
Becca Kavanaugh
Becca Kavanaugh joined Gray Fox in June 2021 as the Human Resources and Compliance Manager. Since starting her HR career in 2010, Becca has learned to utilize her service-oriented core in developing meaningful relationships, which aid in delivering successful HR business contributions. Specializing in a vast range of HR and general business areas, Becca uses these experiences to identify areas of opportunity, ensuring actions, policies, and procedures help maintain sustainability. Becca holds a BS in HR Management and an MBA with special recognition from Delta Mu Delta. Becca is a proud wife of 19 years, mom of twin teenage daughters, and a 3-year-old, 120-pound dog named Jameson.

Mathew Langston
Mathew joined Gray Fox Strategic as the Chief Financial Officer in April 2023. In 2003, Mathew began his career in the banking industry, serving in various credit and sales roles, including as Market President/City Executive from 2014-2023. Mathew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Human Resource Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. He has served and continues to serve on several non-profit and civic boards, and he and his wife, Heather, are proud parents of three children.

Stephen Milne
Stephen is a partner and franchisee with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and is responsible for sales growth across all Gray Fox Strategic brands. Before Gray Fox, Stephen worked in the software, trucking, and promotional industries, focusing on sales and business development. In 2012, Stephen joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand and has since held multiple roles in multiple states. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts from the University of South Carolina. He’s been married to his wife, Meg, for 17 years, and they have four children and a dog named Amos. He’s a member of Centennial ARP Church and is an avid reader.
Accounts Payable Specialist
Karen Sligh
Karen joined Gray Fox in December 2020 and is the Accounts Payable Specialist for the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK portfolio. Karen received her degree from the University of South Carolina Salkehatchie with a focus on Sociology and Liberal Arts. She is a founding member of Power of Faith Deliverance Ministry and the director of two nonprofits, the Stephen T. Goff Foundation, and SC Cinderella Organization. She has been married to Detrick for 21 years and has two children, Ciaran and Stephen Daniel, and two furry children, Finn and Louie.
General Manager
Caleb Swayze
Caleb joined Zoom Drain South Carolina as a partner in October of 2022. His prior professional experience is in supply chain management and real estate. As a founding partner of Zoom Drain South Carolina, Caleb’s primary responsibilities include managing the Charleston location, assisting and launching new locations, and planning and analysis. Caleb is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics. Beyond work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, traveling, and restoring boats.

Jarrid Watts
Starting his career as a Mover in Flint, Michigan, Jarrid has over ten years of experience within the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand in nearly every position within the company. His expertise in operations, sales, and marketing at the franchise level aided the two years that he worked for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK International, both as a Franchise Marketing Specialist and then as a Franchise Business Consultant. As Managing Director, Jarrid is responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand. Jarrid graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint with a Bachelor’s in Business, focusing on marketing. He also played for the school’s ice hockey team. As a husband and father, Jarrid spends time outside work with his family, reading, and exercising.
